Prices

We pool prices from every venue we can reach, around the clock: Hyperliquid (including its builder-deployed stock, index and gold markets), Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Coinbase International, Kraken Futures, Lighter, Aster and more. The pooled price is the volume-weighted median of the venues' prices, after dropping any venue more than 2% away from the others. Each instrument page lists every venue, its price and how far it sits from the pool.

For stocks, venue markets are 24/7 perpetual contracts that track the share price. They trade nights and weekends, so they show where a stock is heading before the exchange opens. They are not the official exchange price, and we label them as venue prices.

Open interest, funding rates and volumes are our own aggregation of the venues' public data.

Stories

Every story links to its original source: a company release, an SEC filing, a government statistics release or a news article. We summarise it in our own words and list the key facts, and you can always read the original. Stories are tagged to the companies, tickers, people, products and economic series they are about, which is how every page knows its news.

Company financials, filings and insiders

Financial statements come from the companies' own XBRL filings with the SEC (public domain). Valuation ratios combine those figures with our pooled price. SEC filings and Form 4 insider trades are read directly from EDGAR.

The economy

Economic series come straight from the US government's statistical agencies: BLS, BEA, the Census Bureau, the Department of Labor, the Energy Information Administration, the Treasury, the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Every series links to its agency, and the notices each agency asks for are shown with the data. Figures we compute from them are labelled as ours.

Corrections

If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and say so. Accuracy matters more to us than volume: when we can't confirm a fact, we leave it out.
