Results come from Treasury's Securities Auctions Data; announcements from TreasuryDirect. “Change” is against the previous auction of the same security type and term (inflation-indexed and floating-rate notes are compared only with their own kind; a reopening is compared with the series it extends). Rate is the stop-out yield for notes and bonds, the high discount rate for bills and the spread for floating-rate notes. Indirect is the indirect bidders' share of competitive bids accepted. A tail against the when-issued yield is not shown: Treasury does not publish that yield and dealer consensus is licensed data, so nothing here is estimated.
