What it is
A possible successor to High-NA: ASML and Carl Zeiss SMT researchers have studied an EUV system with a numerical aperture of at least 0.75, a path beyond the 0.55-NA High-NA systems, aimed at chip features beyond what High-NA can print.↗ source
