Tools that deposit metal films on wafers: the ALTUS family combines CVD and ALD for tungsten or molybdenum (ALTUS Halo) metallization in logic and memory, and the SABRE ECD family handles copper damascene manufacturing. Why it matters to the stock. Metallization steps decide how well chip contacts and wiring scale. Share gains in deposition show up in systems revenue, which the etch project tracks.
